Your amazing home was more than anyone could have ever expected.  Your home was perfect for a family gathering.  For the three days that we had 25 people there, it never felt crowed.  One afternoon in the great room we had people playing cards at the big table, people doing puzzles by the fireplace, people reading, and people playing ping pong outside.  There was something for all three generations to do together all the time.  The pool was perfect because you could sit in the direct sun or in the shade and still able to have everyone socialize in one place.  It was everything you described.  We only went to the gulf side for sunsets.  Your main level bedrooms were perfect for our disabled family members.
 
I've been vacationing 18 years in Captiva and Sea Oats is the first home that we could actually get off the plane and arrive to a home that is completely stocked with the basic necessities.
 
We also enjoyed all the beautiful art work.  We did an art gallery walk one afternoon throughout the house, so that everyone could get a chance to see all of the art in all the rooms. "

"We are very impressed with how completely furnished both houses are, as well as the general state of their cleanliness and upkeep.
It is amazing to find that everything seems to be working just fine.
We have a rental house of 5600 sq. feet on Green Turtle Cay in the Abacos of the Bahamas so know how difficult it is to keep things working in a marine environment and be dependent on someone to clean-up and do the checking in and out of renters.

Vicki did a great job of cleaning-up the back to back renters who left on Saturday.
